Proxy for by pass all sites

www.surf2008.net. After receiving feedback from some of our users, we decided to put the button grid on the bottom of every proxified page, to avoid annoyances.
Due to some technical problems, the button grid may not show correctly. This will be solved very soon.
* Include mini URL-form on every page
* Remove client-side scripting (i.e JavaScript)
* Allow cookies to be stored
* Show images on browsed pages
* Show actual referring Website
* Use base64 encodng on the address
* Strip meta information tags from pages
* Store cookies for this session only
